The firm is located in downtown Visalia, which continues to be a vital part of the city. More than $30 million in private money has been invested in downtown in a number of recent renovation and new businesses. Serving not only as the business center of the city, downtown is also the cultural hub of the city and the county. The recently renovated Fox Theatre and Enchanted Playhouse are both located downtown, as well as the L.J. Williams Theater and the Visalia Convention Center.

Visalia is located approximately half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco, just off state highway 99. Just one-hour to the east is the entrance to Sequoia National Park and Sequoia National Forest. Approximately two and a half hours to the west is the Pacific Ocean and Morro Bay, Cayucos, and Pismo Beach. In addition to its location, Visalia's other assets include very affordable costs of living and less congestion when compared to larger cities.
